We take best possible measures to pack your order in a very secure way, however, some items are very fragile in nature so damages can happen. But there is nothing to worry about as in such cases you need to share the proof of damage within 2 hours of receiving your order via an email at sales@letsbuythat.pk or contact us on our social platforms in order to initiate a Return Authorization. The product will then need to be packed and shipped to us and we will require 4-5 working days & we will compensate you in form of voucher coupon as per the actual damage/Exchange.
Once our warehouse has received the damaged item, it will be inspected that the product was sent in pristine condition, i.e: unopened, unused, sealed in its original packaging not damaged in anyway. Your correct product will then be dispatched to you and you will be informed accordingly. You do have the right to either accept the correct item (if still available) or request a store credit that you can use against your next order.
In case we request the item to be sent back to us, Return shipping charges shall be paid by the customer.
Replacement of same product & shade can be issued, Change of mind or shade or product is not applicable for replacement
